Refund & Cancellation Policy

StackHub is a digital subscription service that provides access to coin collecting checklists, collection tracking tools, and precious metals organization features.

Because StackHub is a digital product with immediate access, please review the following policy carefully before purchasing.

No Refunds on Digital Subscriptions

All StackHub subscriptions are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Initial subscription purchases

  • Subscription renewals

  • Partial billing periods

  • Unused subscription time

Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your StackHub subscription at any time with no additional fees.

How to Cancel:

  • Use the deactivation link on our Contact page, or

  • Follow the cancellation instructions provided within your account (if available)

Billing After Cancellation

  • When you cancel, your subscription will not renew.

  • No future charges will occur after cancellation.

  • Any pending or recently processed charges will not be refunded.

Access After Cancellation

  • You will continue to have access to StackHub until the end of your current billing period.

  • After the billing period ends:

    • Your account will be deactivated

    • All associated account data will be permanently deleted, including:

      • Coin entries

      • Uploaded images

      • Saved checklists

      • Precious metals tracking data

Account Creation Timeline

  • During checkout, please use the email address you want associated with your StackHub account.

  • You will receive an account invitation email once setup is complete.

  • Account creation may take up to 12 hours from the time of checkout.
